OK so this is something I was going to post on our channel but didn't so here you go:

Yeah I know really boring...anyway you guys need to know this we don't take photos just so you could take them and use them or even worse take them and clam them as your own, so please DO NOT USE THEM ok so I didn't mean for that to come out like I just yelled at you guys but I mean really I know people do this I've seen this happen before like agoverseasfan her photos that she work so hard on where just taken and used for icons backgrounds instagram etc. but you can't go and take some one's stuff like that it's just like steeling and steeling is not ok. So if you just go around taking peoples photos like that you may be reported or people will know and start unsubing you (that's what I would do) so right now you may be saying (or thinking) what about your icon? the one with the star that says "4everagstudios" on it I took at American girl a long time ago but I took it. so how would you feel if some one took your photo or video and used it and said it was there own, you wouldn't like it would you? so don't do this to others but if you've already done this take the photo (or video) down then (now this is the hard part) contact the person that you took the photo (or video) from then say something like "I'm so sorry for taking your photo (or again your video) will you please forgive me?" and chances are they'll accept your apology and move on. But if you must or want to use there photo or video it's best to contact the person and ask unless they say CLEARLY AND VISIBLY that it's ok to use the ------- (whatever it maybe) for anything then it's ok you don't have to contact them at all.

Please don't comment and ask your chances of us saying yes are lower then they would be if you pm us about it.
What you should ask if you do PM us about it are:

1. State the title of the video or tell us what the photo is.

2. Tell us what the photo or video will be used for.

3. Tell us why you want to use it.

4. You may state clearly that all rights will (for that photo or video only) be given to us.
